About
Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will manufacture and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements. Key Responsibilities Operate assigned equipment. Record and report production, quality, and downtime data Analyze data and production reports to make appropriate adjustments Execute Set up and changeover of equipment Work in operations requiring bending, lifting, and repetitive continuous motion Work in hot, cold, or dirty environments Participate in continuous improvement activities. Execute life critical procedures such as equipment isolation and LOTO Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness Comply with all safety rules. YOU MUST HAVE Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime in a 24/7 manufacturing facility Ability to work rotating 12Hr Dupont Schedule Required High School Diploma/GED or Strong Basic Literacy and Math Skills Must be a US Citizen due to the nature of work Must be about to report to work on time (5 lates/absences will lead to termination) Good Hand/Eye Coordination Self-Starter with “Can-Do” Attitude who easily work within a team Driven, motivated learner with strong problem‑solving skills Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, etc) 4 to 6 Month Assignment with option for full time employment for high performers WE VALUE Demonstrated ability to meet safety, quality and production targets while semi-independently operating a manufacturing asset Experience interfacing with software systems for equipment operation, inventory control and quality control Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts Complete work, follow up and appropriate reporting on responsibilities Focus on important information and identify key details Troubleshooting skills. Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity Creative thinking and idea generation.
