You’ll master our saute/wok stations, hold tight ticket times, and plate dishes that wow every guest. We’re busy, we’re friendly, and we do things the right way—fresh, fast, consistent. Requirements: 6+ months line experience (wok/saute a plus), ServSafe/Food Handler preferred, ability to lift 40 lbs, nights/weekends. Curiosity about Indian spices and technique is a big win—training provided.
